Paul asks the Galatians who bewitched them into trying to perfect their spiritual beginning through the flesh. He reminds them that the just shall live by faith, not by the law. Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us.

The law arouses sin to show our need for Christ. Paul died to the law and shared in the crucifixion of Christ so he might live to God. He lives by faith in the Son of God because seeking righteousness through the law makes Christ die in vain.
